Zeke recommends: 3 Instagram trendsetters to follow in 2016

It's 2016, so no better time than now to up your fashion game. And no better way to do it than following some great folks on Instagram whose style sense is modern, yet timeless. Here are three of my favorites that we can all take a lesson or two from.

1. Saul Carrasco is the brains behind trendstyled.com, a blog that documents his many style incarnations, where each look is better than the last. A native of Texas, he's now a lifestyle blogger based in New York City. I met him at an Out magazine event last year, and I love keeping up with his travel and fashion exploits.

2. Drew Sutton is the owner of the men's store Carlton Drew in Los Angeles. I've been following him on Instagram for a while, and I recently had the chance to visit his store. We've since become friends, and I admire how he takes conventional East Coast looks (he's from North Carolina!) and gives them a modern twist. Check out his new location next time you're in L.A.

3. Charles McBryde Campbell is a student at my alma mater, the University of South Carolina. He has established himself as a style leader with his tumblr, where some of his amazing photography is also featured, alongside some pretty good advice that he dispenses to his followers.
